As a BUPA or Medibank Private member, when you book an appointment at one of our clinics in Alexandra Headland and Coolum Beach, you will enjoy the following benefits:

Easy claiming with HealthPoint
Our clinics use HealthPoint, an advanced electronic claiming system that works through our EFTPOS terminal.
This means:
- Quick and easy processing of your health fund claims
- Support for over 35 health funds, including all major providers
- You only pay the gap after your rebate is processed
Simply bring your health fund card to your appointment, and we'll take care of the rest. Please note that we can only accept physical cards at this time.
Not with BUPA or Medibank Private?
Don't worry! Our HealthPoint system supports a wide range of health funds. For the full list, please refer to the HealthPoint website.

Government support
We also accept Medicare, as well as DVA (Department of Veterans' Affairs) and EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) referrals.

Medicare
Medicare provides support for chiropractic services under specific circumstances:
- If you have a chronic condition and complex care needs, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates on up to five chiropractic services per calendar year.
- These services must be part of a Chronic Disease Management plan, which is created by your GP.
- To access this benefit, you'll need a referral from your GP. Bring this referral to your appointment, and we'll process your claim on the spot using our HealthPoint system.
- Please note that there may still be an out-of-pocket expense, as Medicare sets a scheduled fee for chiropractic services.
DVA (Department of Veterans' Affairs) Referrals
- If you're a DVA Gold Card holder, you're eligible for chiropractic services as clinically necessary, with no limit on the number of visits.
- DVA White Card holders may also be eligible if chiropractic care is needed for an accepted condition.
- Simply present your DVA card at your appointment, and we'll take care of the rest.
EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) Referrals
- EPC is now part of the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) program under Medicare.
- If you have a chronic condition, your GP can refer you for up to five allied health services per calendar year, including chiropractic care.
- These services are partially covered by Medicare, reducing your out-of-pocket expenses.
- Bring your EPC referral to your appointment, and we'll process your claim using our HealthPoint system.
