Are you tired of living with the discomfort and unpredictability of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)? With 34 years of experience in chiropractic care, our team is here to help you find relief and regain control over your digestive health.

What is IBS?

Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a common gastrointestinal disorder that can result in abdominal pain, bloating, cramping, and changes in bowel habits such as diarrhoea or constipation.

It's estimated that around 3 out of 10 people experience symptoms of IBS at some point in their lives. Although it can affect people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds, females are more likely than males to be affected.

There are many different causes of IBS. Some common triggers include dietary intolerances, stress, infection, abnormal gut motility, imbalances in gut bacteria and other long term illnesses.

Chiropractic care offers a holistic approach to managing IBS by addressing underlying musculoskeletal issues that may contribute to digestive discomfort. Misalignments in your spine can interfere with nerve function and disrupt the communication between your brain and your gut, intensifying symptoms of IBS.

By correcting these misalignments through gentle adjustments, our doctors can help restore nerve function and alleviate digestive distress.
